Renata is a queer feminist poet mathematician from New York, NY and a senior math major/gender and women’s studies minor at Pomona College in Claremont, CA.  She loves thinking about things, especially all things queer, politics, pure math, the internal politics of offices and organizations, television, movies, the Internet, education, American Sign Language, literature, spoken word poetry, feminism, identity, statistics & quantitative data, and Rachel Maddow. She doesn’t know if her writing style lends itself well to blogging, but she spends so much time thinking and on the World Wide Web that she figures she might as well give it a shot.

She has no idea what she wants to do with her life.
